4.2 Application Laboratories and Technology Transfer

The project aims the conception and construction of a modular soft X-ray spectrometer based on an innovative optical design. To reach this goal the project relies on development and production of highly efficient reflection zone plates on bent substrates as dispersive elements. The work will be organized in the framework of industrial research. It includes the commissioning of a demonstrator which will be used in MBI research projects 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.
