Work-life Balance

MBI promotes a healthy work-life balance. The institute is certified as family friendly by the audit "berufundfamilie GmbH" since 2015; it has been re-certified in 2018 and again in 2021.

In the framework of the audit, MBI has developed key statements on family- and life stage conscious leadership.

In case of particular problems with childcare MBI offers its members of staff to use the parent-and-child office at the institute (according to internal user regulations). For further information contact the Equal Opportunity Commissioner.
