Lorenz Drescher wins the 2021 Carl-Ramsauer Award
The award was presented during a ceremony at the University of Potsdam on 17.11.2021, at which Lorenz Drescher, who is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the group of Prof. Steve Leone at UC Berkeley, could unfortunately only be present online.
During the ceremony, Lorenz Drescher made a short presentation of some of the highlights of this thesis, which includes experiments on the refraction of extreme ultra-violet (XUV) light by a dense gas jet (L. Drescher et al., Nature 564, 91 (2018)
