4.3 Nanoscale Samples and Integrated Optics

Within the ERDF project Spez-FX we establish and optimize production and transfer-to-holder processes for special transmission filters, both free-standing and supported, tailored to customer requirements.

- In-house ring holder production to meet the needs of potential   customers

- Transfer procedure optimized to achieve ultra-smooth tensioned filter

- Ultrastable tearproof filter support (polyimide, parylene)

- A robot arm will ensure standardized transfer of the filter layer onto the support ring. This will allow production to be integrated into a clean room.
