FTI in molecular strong field dissociation
  • A hitherto unobserved strong field dissociation channel of H2 involving excited neutral fragments has been observed and explained within the FTI model ( Manschwetus et al., PRL102 113002 (2009)) .
  • Neutral excited fragments have also been observed in N2 ( Nubbemeyer et al., J.Phys. B 2009) showing that FTI occurs in strong field fragmentation whenever a singly charged ionic fragment channel participates
